Prime Residence launched its first real estate project Sholan El Gouna to establish high-end residential compounds by the Red Sea and across Egypt. The project exemplifies fine architecture and combines elegant modern architecture styles to cater to the different needs of clients. Sholan I sold out 100% of its units with handover due in Q3, 2019. Meanwhile, the just-launched Sholan II has an impressive 40% of units already sold.

El-Fath Real Estate development specializes in lodging and tourism projects. It focuses on buying the right land, delivering outstanding designs by partnering with world-renowned consultancies, releases tenders to invite contractors as well as implements and supervises the project.
It also has its own marketing department to promote tourism projects for itself and others.

El Daba Holding operates a revolutionary venture capital company that is involved with Buying, Selling, Flipping and Renting in Egypt.
IKA Venture Capital focuses on forecasting the future hot prospects and investing into real estate at an early stage to ensure the highest returns with clear reports on where and when to buy, and when to rent or sell.
HYENA VENTURES REAL ESTATE FUND
The various natural events, recessions, and revolutions happening in the world plagued the real estate industry and created a ‘Buyer’s market’ phase. Seeing that, the Hyena Ventures Real Estate Fund was self-funded between Hatem Eldaba and Adam Eldaba to purchase as many unique properties in prestigious compounds globally for short- and long-term rentals, until the market reached maturity.
Today, the fund rents and manages apartments over 15 premium properties in 6 cities in 4 countries.
